30-day return requests
Try your AXVANE toolkit at home. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and keep the handle components, bits and case together.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the return instructions and correct destination for your order. If we provide a return label, use that label and follow its instructions. The shipping label on your original parcel may not show the correct return address.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact AXVANE with your order number and a description of the problem. Keep clear photos of the item and packaging for your support correspondence. AXVANE covers return shipping for damaged or incorrect orders.
Return postage
For other returns, you are responsible for return postage unless we provide a prepaid label. Original shipping charges are not refunded for these returns.
Refunds
After the returned toolkit has been received and checked, we will refund the product purchase price to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. Contact us with your order number if you need an update on a return or refund.
Lifetime bit replacement
For as long as the original purchaser owns the AXVANE toolkit, we will replace a supplied bit that fails during normal, hand-driven use at no charge, including replacement shipping.
This covers the bits supplied with your toolkit. It does not cover lost bits, the case or handle components, damage caused by powered or impact tools, misuse, or modifications. Use a bit that correctly fits the fastener before applying force.
To request a replacement, contact AXVANE with your order number and the affected bit size. Keep a clear photo ready for your support correspondence. We will confirm the replacement arrangements before anything is sent back.
These promises apply to purchases made from AXVANE and do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
